Every purchase at Desert Wild is greatly appreciated, and we hope you enjoyed your shopping experience! If you've had a change of mind, shipped orders are eligible for a refund, and in-store purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and must be shipped back, or brought into the store, within 14 days of purchase / receiving in order to be approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges for in-store purchases must be accompanied by a receipt. Clearance items are final sale.

Return Requests / Warranty Information
Please read the following before starting a return:
Only items purchased directly from the Desert Wild website (https://desertwildmoab.com) can be exchanged, returned and/or refunded through this portal. If you purchased your item in store or via telephone, please contact the store directly for an exchange request.
For online purchases, the item must be returned within 14 days, in original condition with tags attached to receive a refund.
For a return, you will need to fill out the form below prior to returning your item.
Once you finish the form, we will e-mail you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Then please mail the item(s) to the address provided.
Please make sure that your order number and the RMA number are visible on the inside AND outside of the box. We do not accept returns without this information, items that are sent without an order number / RMA may be refused.
The customer is responsible to pay shipping on all returned items. We recommend tracking, (generally USPS is the least expensive carrier). Shipping charges on original order are not refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will receive the return credit.
If you are returning a product because it is faulty, has a defect, or the wrong item was sent to you please email email@example.com and we will promptly send you a return shipping label so you do not have to pay to return the item. We will also ship out a replacement (if desired) as soon as possible.
